What Are Immigration Accommodation Reports?
UK law requires all foreign nationals from outside of the EEC moving to Great Britain to live, to be able to confirm that they are able to occupy a home that is of a suitable standard and will not be made overcrowded by their arrival. Someone who already resides in the UK has to be named as the Sponsor and agree to sponsor the person moving into the UK.
We undertake property inspections for immigration purposes to aid in an application for spouse visas, temporary work permits or for settlement and residency within the UK. This accommodation report is to prove to the Home Office that the minimum fitness standard under the Housing Acts are met, the accommodation is safe, secure and free from serious health and safety hazards and has sufficient space to accommodate both the existing occupiers and any additional people who propose to live there without it becoming overcrowded.
All our reports are professionally produced and fully compliant to all UK Border Agency requirements.
